When you use terminology every day, it can be easy to become complacent and assume that everyone else knows what you are talking about.  It most areas of computing, acronyms are king; the more you know, the more technical you sound.   But in the real world, what do they all mean ?   This back-to-basics post explores some of the most common acronyms in web development and tries to explain what they can do for you.

Seeking validation on the web

The digital marketing team at MM get called all sorts of things by their co-workers, some polite and some less-so. This friendly banter is usually motivated by our obsession with the latest 'cool thing' in technology. It's not uncommon for excited chatter whenever the latest Android release is announced or the next 'must-have' gadget hits the markets.
