When Charles Church needed to sell their brand-new redevelopment of a historic Bristol orphanage, they turned to Marketing Matters. Using a blend of PR, literature, film and iPod film, our skills gave the project the coherent feel it required. The PR was a great success, particularly given the historic sensitivities of the project. In launching the campaign, the PR team ensured that the Muller Foundation, who originally owned the building and ran the orphanage, was consulted at every stage.

The result was a PR campaign aimed at the city's dignitaries and VIPs that successfully merged history with 21st century living at its finest. Ex-residents of the home were invited to the two champagne launch parties, ensuring the Minerva launch received extensive press coverage and a very favourable start to its sales drive.
