Marketing Matters was delighted when it was successful in the pitch to work on the marketing programme for phase 3 of the Princesshay residential development in Exeter. With the retail development already launched, Princesshay enjoyed a significant level of awareness in Exeter and Devon in general. Marketing Matters was asked by Knight Frank to put together an ad campaign to promote phase 3 of the development and generate enquiries to the sales suite in the city centre. We responded with a more rounded approach, pushing the initial brief to include online, outdoor, ambient and DM. We also created a campaign centred on the strapline of 'Let Life Unfold', something which truly represents the lifestyle one can expect from an apartment at Princesshay.
