Paul Mackness - Director of Design

Paul's your man when it comes to creating elegant, intelligent design and brands that make an exceptional impression. He's got over 18 years' experience in several of London's top design businesses where he developed specialised skills in brand engagement and communications for names like Vodafone, Sony and Mercedes. Lives in Mudeford with his wife and two small children and loves belting out a tune as part of a local choir.

Zoe Thompson - Director of PR

With a wealth of experience in both consultancy and in-house PR roles, Zoe has worked for a variety of leading companies, most recently specialising in the luxury homes/interiors sector. An honours graduate of Bournemouth University's BA Communication degree, she has a passion for the luxury market and has developed a wealth of knowledge and an enviable book of contacts from her work for a diverse range of clients.

Martin Tonks - Director of Digital

Martin brings two distinct qualities to the digital offering. The first is his fluency in the language of business, gained in earlier roles in accountancy and banking. The experience has made him interested in what the client wants to achieve in their business - and in making technology fit that goal, rather than the other way round. The second quality is his wealth of experience. He's been 'doing digital' from the really early days, when the internet's enormous potential was first hinted at. Multiple developments later, Martin's still as enthusiastic as ever. Away from technology, he can be found in rural west Dorset spending time with his wife and daughter, competing on his horses, playing tennis or cooking.
