Royalton Literature
Royalton has led the way as a luxury property developer for over 11 years, building some of the finest bespoke properties throughout Surrey and Berkshire. Many developers have tried to copy them but none have truly managed to replicate the unique qualities that every Royalton home is synonymous with. We have worked closely with Royalton for over 3 years and have enhanced the brand in a number of ways to ensure that they continue to be brand leaders.
Advertising
In a market that is saturated with property developers we have worked closely with Royalton to ensure advertising campaigns represent their unrivalled reputation for building the finest residences throughout Surrey and Berkshire whilst showcasing their latest property or their bespoke, tailored solutions they offer private clients.
Virtual Floorplans
Many of the properties in the Royalton portfolio have fantastic facilities in addition to the main development. It can be difficult to show a potential client what these will look like and how they interact with the residences. Using 3D modelling techniques, our virtual walkthroughs provide an interactive vision of the finished project. This technology can be used to great effect by the developer, not only during the planning and consultancy stages, but also allowing pre-completion sales of a project. CGI flythroughs
Construction of a property from conception to completion can take a number of months or even years and it can sometimes be difficult for clients to visualise the scale or finish of a property from an architect's drawing. Computer generated imagery can show a development in a realistic light, enabling the client to see how a property will look once complete. This insight into their new home gives them the opportunity to modify the designs and building finishes without going too far into the build process.
Corporate Website
For Royalton’s 10 year anniversary we felt that the brand needed a refresh. Much of the current style had worked for them, but the brand needed to move forward. The pre-existing Royalton website was an area of marketing communication that was not working for them. The site did not present their portfolio in a way that showed Royalton’s true build quality or the range of services they offered to their clients. MM delivered a new website that had a cutting-edge design, focusing on reinforcing the key brand messages.
Development Microsites
In addition to looking at how the Royalton brand behaved, we had to consider how individual properties, that are built for market rather than commissions by an individual client, are presented. Each property is unique and this is a fundamental quality that needed to be portrayed. Each project was individually branded with its own logo and brand colours whilst retaining the critical ties to the parent brand values. These unique identities were then utilised throughout the brochures, microsites and advertising.
